This Sunday, August 16th, is our last Summer Picnic, and we'll being hanging out at Hagg Lake! Please note:
There will be NO service at Kaleo this Sunday.
On Sunday, we'll have a time of worship & a brief message, followed by some good food, and fun on the water - swimming and boating!
What you need to bring:
- A main dish for you and your guests, a side and/or a dessert to share, and something to drink. Common Ground will provide plates, cups, utensils, napkins, and some bottled water. Note: there will be charcoal grills to BBQ food if you wish (Common Ground will bring coals, matches, etc., and a few BBQ tools).
- $6 for day use fee
- Sunscreen
- Swimsuit and towels
Music and message will start at 11.30, with lunch and boating to follow.
Some notes on Hagg Lake’s Location:
Hagg Lake is about 45 minutes west/southwest of Kaleo Covenant Church.
We'll meet at Sain Creek Pavilion. Take the first left after the fee station, and drive over the dam. Continue on the road, and Sain Creek Pavilion will be on your right, about 3.5 miles from the first left. (There are plenty of signs).
