The King’s Invitation
We are praying for a harvest from the new fall sermon series entitled The King's Invitation. The objective is to highlight Jesus' invitations to experience new life in His kingdom. This 10-week series will focus on one particular invitation each week and prayerfully ask listeners to accept that invitation. Join us and invite others to attend!
This Sunday, we will enjoy our second all-church outdoor service and picnic of the summer, starting at 11:15. And once again, it will be at the Orenco Woods Nature Park in Hillsboro.
It will be a BYOL (bring your own lunch) affair, but our Hospitality Ministry team will provide water and frozen treats! There is some cover and picnic bench seating, but you might want to make sure you bring the following:
Lawn chairs
Sunscreen
Sunglasses
Blanket (in case you want to lay out in the sun, making item two very important!)

Our beautiful congregation will gather for a time of praise, vision casting, and fellowship at our CG Huddle: 5:30 - 7:00 pm in the Student Building. Previously, this event was known as the "annual church meeting."
Our intent is to spend an interactive event with ministry leaders and congregants. We will share praises (and a few challenges) about our respective ministry areas as well as prayer requests and dreams for the upcoming year. A light meal will be served. You and your family are cordially invited to be our guests!
