Our current sermon series entitled Inconvenienced follows the Initiate series. God has placed His followers in strategic locations to "initiate the Gospel." Examples include neighborhoods, schools, cities, and positions of influence in the public square. But when opportunities present themselves to share Good News, will we be faithful to the call? More specifically, what if our lives are inconvenienced as a result of these "God appointments?" We will discover in this series that being inconvenienced is actually normative for the people of God. Join us for this exciting yet challenging study in the Word of God.

You are invited to "Initiate: When Society Is In An Uproar," a public forum with Derek Chinn, Paul Louis Metzger, and Avery Stafford on Sunday, December 18th at 4:00 pm at Common Ground Church in Beaverton. How can Christians "initiate" the Gospel and give the hope of Christ to our friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers during times of political backlash, Black Lives Matter vs All Lives Matter, challenges to religious freedom, LGBTQ+ concerns, and more? Let's discover some answers together.
